01 Rights of the Organizer

DFW India Glamlight reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, update or revise these Terms & Conditions, event format, eligibility criteria, participation rules, judging process, categories, schedules or any other aspect of the event at any time without prior notice.

02 Event Schedule & Venue Changes

The organizers reserve the right to change, postpone, reschedule, relocate or cancel any event, audition, rehearsal, grooming session, photoshoot or fashion show due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

All official updates will be communicated through the official DFW India Glamlight website and official social media platforms. Participants are responsible for checking these platforms regularly.

03 Selection Process

Participation in auditions or registrations does not guarantee selection.

The decision of the organizing committee, jury members and judges regarding eligibility, shortlisting, selection, awards, titles and winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence or dispute regarding the decision will be entertained.

04 Photography, Videography & Media Rights

By participating in DFW India Glamlight or Designer Fashion Week, participants grant the organizers a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, broadcast, edit and distribute their:

• Photographs
• Videos
• Audio recordings
• Names
• Biographical information
• Performance footage

This use may be for promotional, advertising, branding, social media, television, digital platforms, websites, print publications and future event promotions. Participants shall not be entitled to any financial compensation, royalty or additional payment for such usage.

05 Registration & Participation Fees

All registration, audition, enrollment, participation, grooming, designer, sponsorship, exhibition or event-related fees shall be communicated separately for each event or season.

Where applicable, participation packages may include services such as:

• Grooming sessions
• Choreography training
• Event participation
• Backstage coordination
• Media coverage
• Professional photography
• Videography
• Digital promotions
• Certificates
• Portfolio support, where applicable

The exact inclusions may vary depending on the event category and participation package.

06 Refund & Cancellation Policy

All registration fees, audition fees, enrollment fees, sponsorship fees, designer fees, participation fees and other payments made to DFW India Glamlight are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-adjustable, irrespective of the reason, including withdrawal, disqualification, non-selection, schedule changes or personal circumstances.

07 Participant Eligibility

Participants must provide valid government-issued identity and age proof, including but not limited to:

• Aadhaar Card
• Passport
• Birth Certificate
• Driving Licence
• PAN Card, where applicable

Submission of incorrect or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification.

08 Declaration

Participants declare that:

• All information submitted is true and accurate.
• They are legally eligible to participate.
• They have obtained consent from parents or legal guardians if they are below 18 years of age.
• Their participation does not violate any existing agreement or contractual obligation.

09 Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the event.

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify or remove any participant without refund in case of:

• Misconduct
• Indiscipline
• Harassment
• Abuse of staff or participants
• Damage to property
• Violation of event rules
• Any act that negatively impacts the reputation of DFW India Glamlight

10 Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for their own physical fitness and medical condition.

DFW India Glamlight shall not be responsible for any illness, injury, accident, theft, loss of belongings or unforeseen incident occurring before, during or after the event.

Participants are advised to carry their own personal belongings responsibly.

11 Intellectual Property

All event names, logos, artwork, graphics, stage concepts, branding materials, photographs, videos, website content, promotional materials and other intellectual property associated with DFW India Glamlight and Designer Fashion Week remain the exclusive property of the organizers.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without prior written permission.

12 Force Majeure

The organizers shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, delay or modification of any event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, technical failures or other force majeure events.

13 Limitation of Liability

DFW India Glamlight, its founders, directors, employees, associates, sponsors, venue partners, vendors or affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Loss of property
• Theft
• Financial loss
• Travel or accommodation expenses
• Technical failures
• Event cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances

Participation is entirely at the participant's own risk.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of participation or these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through mutual discussion or arbitration, where applicable.

Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

15 Acceptance

By registering, making payment or participating in any event organized by DFW India Glamlight or Designer Fashion Week (DFW), participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
